BringFido rocks! BringFido is our first stop when planning trips. The first time we booked hotels on the site, a pet concierge phoned us to let us know that one of the hotels we chose had changed their pet policy and no longer allowed dogs. She found an alternate location for us. If we hadn't used BringFido, we wouldn't have known until it was too late. The information they provide on pet-friendly restaurants and activities is helpful and reliable. BringFido is an invaluable resource for people who care about their pets.

Hospitality at its finest Welcoming,polite,professional and helpful front staff service. Greeted us after a long exhausting car ride, offered coffee or water and recommended local restaurants. Pushed the elevator button and Held the door for us when going up to our room. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean.

BringFido DOES charge a booking fee I had booked a room through BringFido but asked for a receipt from the hotel when we left. The room price was $40 lower on the receipt for the room. I told BringFido about it and asked for a refund. They told me that they are part of Expedia and get a share of the comissions they take for booking rooms. On the BringFido website they state that there are no booking fees with their services. They told me in writing that they get a share of the commission. They have refused to refund the difference. I would think they would be liable since their website states no fees are taken. Sounds like false advertising to me. I'd be wary of booking with them and just use them to find hotels and then book with them directly.

Not inly does it help find a hotel but also pet friendly surrounding spots like restaurants, things to do etc. Love this site so much. Genius move! Expedia!

Great smoked meats and dog friendly! We have found our new favourite dog friendly restaurant for our drives to Florida and back. The owners are super friendly and the smoked meats are amazing. Nice outside patio where you can have your dogs with you as you enjoy the fast and great dishes.
