I was not given the free trial and charged twice in one day! I was not given the free trial as promised. I was told my password was incorrect and it was not on several occasions i tried to contact them via email and the chat box. I tried to cancel my subscription, it would not let me, and then i got charged 99 dollars twice for the same account on the same day. I am unable to contact anyone and have had to block my card. Do not subscribe to this ! I have sent several emails and no reponse or from the chat box.
