Well, I was IMMEDIATELY charged $200 twice for before the 30 day was up and told that "no refunds could be made" but they would put out 2 newsletters for me. The 1st newsletter netted me no results, and wishing I had never had any contact with VR. We'll see if anyone at VR cares enough to contact me or do anything about this situation. I like the email templates I like the email templates. The process is quick. The only downfall is that I noticed when I send emails from VR my customers are saying they don't see them and I have to redirect them to check their junk and spam folders.
