GBAs shown below As shown below, your site clearly stated that I had a 60 day trial, with no credit card required. Well, I was IMMEDIATELY charged $200 twice for before the 30 day was up and told that "no refunds could be made" but they would put out 2 newsletters for me. The 1st newsletter netted me no results, and wishing I had never had any contact with VR. We'll see if anyone at VR cares enough to contact me or do anything about this situation. GBI love the instant availability of… I love the instant availability of resending to non opens. The website could be improved however, hence the 4 stars. I'd like to give 4.7 stars really.

GBStarted using VR free and keep using it paid Started out using VR free when our organization was smaller. Everything worked perfectly. When we crossed the pay threshold, we kept using VR because it is so easy and reliable - and economical.

GBAbout medium in terms of ease of use About medium in terms of ease of use. I don’t have much to compare it to, but it has some nice features like being able to schedule future mail and track response.

GBI like the email templates I like the email templates. The process is quick. The only downfall is that I noticed when I send emails from VR my customers are saying they don't see them and I have to redirect them to check their junk and spam folders.
