GBThey can see the future! I have used Capterra to help me decide which way to go so many times I couldn't begin to count. This time was different. There were too many options and I couldn't make sense of all of it. So I did the unthinkable and asked for help. The REAL PEOPLE at Capterra (Software Advice) listened to my situational details and narrowed down the options to 4 instead of a hundred. The craziest part is two of the options did not have the number one criteria that I required yet but both were in private development of that option to be released this year. Amazing! They were looking at everything and super forward looking. I ended up selecting one of the options presented to me and it really has been great! I will continue to use Capterra when I need to compare software and programs.

CAMatching Software to our needs In a world of many software options, it was nice to be able to explain our needs and Software Advice did the legwork. While I had done some research on my own and talked to a few companies, Software Advice narrowed down our options to 3 companies that might serve our needs. We ended up choosing 1 of the 3 and are in the process of implementation now.

GBPushy aggressive tactics that try to… Pushy aggressive tactics that try to force you in to agreeing to stuff and giving information you don't want to give. Well hope they enjoy that sales call to the local Taco Bell cause I don't do phone calls and I don't give out my number. But since they wanted to act so inapropriately maybe they will hit it off with whoever answers the phone at the local taco shack lol

CAThe advice was useful, but gazillion spam calls after I spoke to them. The advice given by them was useful, however DONT GIVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER. After I spoke to one of their representative, I started getting Spam calls - as good as 50 calls a day, and when its a work phone, you cant not answer a call. So practically, I am answering spam calls the entire day. I even requested them to remove me if that was possible, but i believe that was too late.
