Use Walkboard for your moving needs This would be the 2nd time I have used Walkboard. Both times the experience was good. The customer reps are friendly, and patient while booking the appointment. The moving crew were experienced professional and kind. Walkboard emailed the pictures and phone # of your movers so you are confident with who you will be working with. Don't hesitate to use Walkboard, I will be utilizing them again.

Not professional movers On the first leg of the move, they sent inexperienced movers. They showed up with no tools and an appliance dolly. I found out at the unloading that the way they loaded the truck proved thier inexperience. They a lo so put the bulkhead on crooked which made it almost impossible to remove it. They caused damage to a number of items which of course they are not responsible for. Would I use them again. Doubtful. You can say whatever you want. They were not professional movers, they were offered straps and didn't use them and if they were not to install the bulkhead, then they shouldn't have. This has been sent to your corporate office via the BBB. We'll see what they have to say. The fact that we tipped them doesn't mean they were professional or loaded the truck correctly. That's why we hired you. To insure it was done properly.

Walkboard is a good company based on… Walkboard is a good company based on our one time experience. They were available to online chat, someone called to work out details and someone followed up on the work afterwards. The guys, Victor F and Brandon H, showed up on time, called to give a heads up, and did the job efficiently and professionally. They were pleasant and responded to our requests professionally and moved things as we wished. Would try them again.

Terrible service very poor response I wish there is an option for negative ratings. Even single star does not justify the worst service they provided. They totally damaged my dinning set and when I claimed (via Pacglobal their insurance company) they said we will pay partially because you can still use it. Repeatedly I declined because it was brand new dinning set and requested them to bring me a new set. They said dispute should be done online at their website where they have auto decline settings. I dispute and after 2 mins one email comes that dispute is declined. They don't even explain any reason. Sent several emails and calls no response. Stay away if you do not want to damage your things during your move.

Andre and Brandon were excellent Andre and Brandon were excellent! Professional, pleasant, clean. They knew what they were doing. They moved large items swiftly without a hitch. My perfectionist son-n-law was there to help and he was impressed on how well they communicated and how all three worked well together. Good job Walkboard for having quality individuals like Andre and Brandon on your team! I would definitely hire them again if needed!
