I've use a competitor website for several years to submit pitches and wonder, "how did I not know about Qwoted!?" Within hours of creating my account, I submitted two pitches and can see one reporter has already read it. The real time statusis fantastic and combined with the level of detail on how many pitches were already received by the reporter is very helpful in the decision to pitch or not. The account set-up feels very intuitive and was easy to do. Using the # to indicate my areas of expertise to connect more quickly with reporters is great. Plus, the search feature allows me to drill down even faster where I am a SME ( hello IRS!!).

Every day you get a list of journalist requests which you can review and if relevant to you, you can pitch to. It's a good way to keep an eye on what's being written that relates to your industry. I'm on the free plan which allows you a couple of pitches each month which so far has been fine for me. It's easy to sign up and you can specify particular subjects that you want to be alerted about.

The platform is very easy to use and the alerts are really helpful. It's put me in touch with a lot of freelance writers who I didn't know before, and had no idea how to contact them, otherwise.

They do not respect the reporters and ban them for no reason. They banned my account for no reason. They treat the journalists as lords and reporters are nothing to them. I have spent at least 80 hours in their system. And then they banned me for no reason. Frustration, confusion and a sense of injustice - that's all I got.
