Co investing club is awesome Deni and Brian are awesome. In my search about syndications, I found out about the co investing club on a Bigger Pockets forum. There wasn’t much reviews on the club so I asked Brian for a trial. I was glad I participated the beginning of 2023 and so far did 2 deals with the group. What I like about the group: 1. The minimum investment ($5k) is less than the usual $25-50k deals. 2. Responsive to my questions. 3. Different deals are brought to the table for diversification. 4. The group has beginners to seasoned investors to vouch each deals.

Great early experience. Hello all. On my journey towards FIRE I have came across Brian and Deni the Co-Founders of Spark Investment Club. I took the plunge roughly 1 month ago and so far I have had a wonderful experience. I have just recently invested in the first deal, but its so early in that besides feeling confident and comfortable with Brian and Deni's communication, I have limited data regarding the full process. They made me feel great about everything so far and the quality of the materials in their FIRE course as well as through their blog, podcasts, and videos show true passion for what they do.
