Contacted customer service and they won't do anything, they won't mediate or even attempt to refund my money. The seller has my money and I have a bunch of dead fish (I ordered a fish antibiotic). Ecrater doesn't seem to care since they already took took their cut, ran with it, and don't have $500 worth of deadfish to deal with. Try a trustworthy site like ebay.

Watch for fraudulent product with smeared unclear print on outside packaging, loose seal on blisters, and smeared and incomplete printing on the capsules. If you find a reliable seller, leave a review for others. If you get fraudulent product, report them to PayPal and/ or dispute with your credit card for refund.
