I was supposed to receive the welcome… I was supposed to receive the welcome wagon package in the mail so that I could view my ad. After repeatedly asking I was sent a digital email with an example. That is not what I agreed upon. In addition, I have not received one inquiry from any of the ads that went out. I am now on almost my fourth month of paying for the service that I have not received any benefit from.

Buyer's Beware! Buyer's Beware! My experience with Welcome Wagon was terrible! Once they locked you in to a contract its hell getting out of it. Read your contract carefully, because there is no guarantee that you are going to get any clients. In my opinion Linda Farley and Susan Bannon are the worst. In my opinion Welcome Wagon customer service is bad and business follow up is the worst. Keep your money in your pocket and go somewhere else for advertisement help. Businesses beware!

We have not received any clients from Welcome Wagon yet, but it is still early on in our subscription so we're patiently waiting! Would recommend to any small business!

Great service to reach new members of the community Great service to reach new members of the community. We don't offer many coupons or host sales, but we see a Welcome Wagon coupon every once in a while. We offer a refurbish of one item, which is around a $40 value. We also have a fabulous representative, Dori Timberlake, who is knowledgable and shows that she really cares about our performance.

review Very attentive during sale but vague and slow to respond during the ad set-up process. This review may be pre-mature and I was asked to consider it and the ad campaign just started so I am not sure of its effectiveness. My overall opinion will hinge on the success of the program for my business. I used welcome wagon 20 years ago when my practice began and allowed me to meet some great patients who still see me to this day!
