Good but limited function that could be more intuitive The good: Lots of video footage and stills to choose from. Helpful and quick online customer support. The not so good: Interface is somewhat unwieldy. No undo function when you make a mistake. Stock video clip selections load very slowly sometimes. Video clips have different resolutions - most are pretty good, some are a bit fuzzy. VERY limited selection of soundtracks with no volume control, some of which are also too short if you video goes much over 2 minutes. No voiceover option.

The customer service was unsatisfactory The customer service was unsatisfactory, featuring automated responses and an upgrade prompt for features that ultimately did not function. Despite requesting a refund just 30 minutes after registration, I was denied. This approach to business, seemingly employing bait-and-switch tactics, is disappointing. Buyers should be cautious.

Good, but Only Ok for Educators I really enjoy that you can make more dynamic videos relatively quickly (compared to screen recording apps, etc...), but there are still some areas that make this not as friendly/popular for users in the education world. I realize that's not the main target group for the program, but I think that it very much could be with some updates and some changes to how information can be added to the scenes.

The initial sign up info looked good… The initial sign up info looked good but once I'd started my timeline and video design I discovered you can only upload one single audio clip per video, so had to switch to powtoon software mid project. Ok for those wanting to make short teasers or explainers but not training e-learrning producers.

Incredibly easy to use with professional results Incredibly easy to use and really speeds up our workflow for us and clients. Making videos with transitions and motion graphics is ridiculously time consuming and doesn’t scale well for a marketing company. Biteable is a breeze to use and saves hours of time with great results.
