Needs an accuracy check Many of the contacts were not up to date/accurate because the journalist had already left that publication. So the list was not super useful and we needed to check every entry.

Mostly accurate contacts, worth the try The list was easy to navigate, and was largely relevant to the sector which we were trying to reach. However, several of the emails turned out to be obsolete, and none of the journalists we contacted reached back out to us.

Impressively good customer service! Ordered a journalist list - which didn't come in the format I needed. 30 minutes and 2 emails later I had the list in the format I needed. I have been in the business for close to 30 years and I am seriously impressed by Jona. Really really good!
