I still haven't been released my funds… I still haven't been released my funds from MARCH 22, 2024 and after 7 emails to MassPay email support, no one has responded!

I have been working with them for 2 years I have been working with them for a while, But more than 1 month ago my account was frozen. I had on my account more than 8k . They asked me about ID verification and some documents for payments that I got. I sent everything more than 3 weeks ago and since this time nobody has answered. I keep writing to the support but without any results. The strange thing that everything was fine before.Please if you are from support and you are reading this, help me. Maybe its misunderstanding.

All because they don't know how to properly open a new account with different email address. Then 4 days ago I got an email saying "this should be fixed." I replied what is fixed and which email address? No response. PATHETIC!

MassPay refusing to fix their issue and continue to NOT PAY SEX WORKERS MassPay is responsible for paying sex workers on OnlyFans and many other websites like Chaturbate and MyFreeCams. However, no one seems to be receiving their funds and it’s been over 15 days! You guys are insane! How long does it take to fix an issue? This is beyond unacceptable. You shouldn’t be a payment option to us anymore this is a joke.

I received my payment from a CPA… I received my payment from a CPA network through MassPay. However, when I attempt to withdraw my payment, I encounter an error like this: { I've sent numerous emails to MassPay support, but haven't received any replies or solutions to my issue. I've tried withdrawing to banks in the USA, Canada, and Pakistan, and I've also attempted money transfers to my USD card & show this error "Error! Was unable to finalize your payment. General Error"
