Although I suppose this camera does … Although I suppose this camera does what it's supposed to., it's not very well suited for my application. in construction when things move daily the flexibility of camera positions of recording and of looking at back images is not very effective

Great response time and field service. I was skeptical on the service and whether or not it would work and how responsive their service would be. We got the unit with a thermal camera for night activities and have been more than happy with the product and service.

The pricing is good The pricing is good. The sales is great. The install is very good and very helpful. Somehow the order got messed up and we ran up to the deadline to get the security installed up and running. THey did it, but much closer than I wanted.

Simple Sytem but Not Reliable The set up of the security camera was by eCam and went well. The system is easy for end users. The reliability of the camera / website is questionable. There has been several occasions where the image is not available on the website and images are missing from the history. After a couple of days eCam has been able to restore images but it is annoying.
