GBi feel robbed ! Hello, I bought this Novi Builder I don't know why you decided to charge me twice I have no idea why I didn't get an email with the software I was thinking of purchasing it for my agency and each of my employees... I wanted to try it out how it works but I guess I don't want to know anymore so you took money out of my account twice I don't want to think of anything else but give me my money back and good luck with that....

GBUpdated review and feedback Customer service provided detailed emails however was not able to use the templates. Perhaps stream lining the builder further could be helpful.
