Absolutely Terrible Paid $60, got an e-mail receipt thanking me. Waited 8 days, nothing. E-mailed their "Support" address 4 times and called their "24/7" help desk 3 times, each time leaving a voice mail message as no one ever actually answered. Never got one response. Used another service and got 24 hour turnaround. Got my money refunded through American Express. Won't ever use again.

They promise, take your moneym deliver nothing and then they are unreachable - I have tried over and over by phone and email with no results. I have contacted the credit card company to get a refund.
