I have been trying to get support for 2… I have been trying to get support for 2 days now can’t connect to server bought a 5 year plan worked for 1 year now can’t connect and no support tried chat and email but no response bought 5 year plan worked for 1 year they will not support there customers or even reply I know they are online and have read my messages on their chat forum save your money

Avoid this service Avoid this service, they are just a bunch of charlatans, unable to solve ANY technical problems. They closed my 3 month subscription after only one month and promised to send my money back...just a big lie. So stay away from these incompetent people...
