Trademark Centric is absolutely wonderful!!!… Trademark Centric was absolutely wonderful in caring for my needs. Erica Robins made sure that I understood the process all the way through. I had a little hiccup due to my part and she was so caring in taking care of me and ensuring I was at ease in every step of the way. My dream of my name brand, logo and slogan is now my reality. I have been asked by family and friends on how to do this, and who should they go to for it, and I’m definitely recommending Erica Robins and this company. They intent to deceive you and charge you more when you are confused They charged me for 5 different classes for the trademark application government fee, and they filed only 1 class (they took $1400 and never filed those classes). I asked them for a refund for the other 4 classes that they didn't file, but they keep telling me to wait even though I waited for a month and there is no update. This is a complete scam. They also filed the basis wrong and I now have to pay extra because it will belong to the wrong company. The total cost for me was $2000+ for just $350 application. Never go with this scamming company. Beware they will lie!!!!

Lies, Mistakes, Hidden Fees Watch out sales lies, low quality work and the hidden fees! They are not lawyers. I bought the most expensive plan to make sure things are taken care of. They told me a lawyer will file mine, but it was done by a paralegal (I found out after they submitted). They just filed my application and made so many mistakes and I had to argue with them to fix it. Also, there are so many hidden fees and they charged me more than $2000 lawyer fees just to manage my application. They submit the trademark for you and you are alone after. They said 100% approval rate, but it’s not the application approval from USPTO, but by their “team”(whatsoever they mean).
