Horrible customer support Was told a payment was confirmed but website wasn't updating. Support has been unresponsive for 5 days, completely unacceptable for a payment processor.

Freelancer: Easy to accept BTC I'm a freelancer, and my wife has a small independent swimsuit brand. We heard about brands increasing sales simply by accepting bitcoin, and OpenNode had the highest recommendations by far, but we regrettably delayed joining OpenNode because we thought our businesses would be too small or the costs too high. We finally signed up after realizing it would actually amount to cost savings -- i.e., no fees for signing up, closing an account or monthly maintenance -- only a low per-transaction cost that's much less than what we pay for credit card transactions via Shopify (where we're also using the OpenNode plugin). Now that we've signed up, we realize that we were wrong on both fronts, because the OpenNode platform seems to work the same to help businesses of all sizes and volumes. In a nutshell, the signup was quick and easy, the fees were lower, and the platform works great, so we definitely should have signed up earlier. One tip, we're getting more international inquires, so if you do start accepting bitcoin, consider adding prices on your site for global shipping. Overall, super happy with the experience, feels risk free with nothing but upside.

This is not a great company This is a fraud company. They lie even knowing that I have screenshots of the money they had requested for. I had sent the exact amount of btc they requested. then they are lying they asked for more. i had the screenshot of the barcode and amount too. so this a verified fraud company. do not believe them These people have closed my account. I believe they collect money from innocent people but when they face someone who can talk against their malpractices, they will pay them back and wouldn't want to deal with them because they just want to continue cheating people who can't do anything

Virtually impossible to get an account… Virtually impossible to get an account set up. Even after contacting customer service and being told our account would be set up, it never was and we never heard back after sending emails and chats. I agree with the other reviews, the customer service is atrocious.
