GBCommun.it is probably one of the best… Commun.it is probably one of the best tools I've found to manage a Twitter account. The dashboard is data-packed and all-inclusive, giving you a nice "single pane of glass" for managing your social presence. In an age of flat, sparse UIs optimized for the lowest common denominator user, having something awesome for power users is a rare fit. I'm hardly a large enterprise, barely a small business (really just a casual streamer with a social presence), and I'd recommend it to everyone.

GBI have tried to reach support 8 times… I have tried to reach support 8 times about cancellation and refund

AUTerrible Terrible. Tried the 14 day free trial, tried to cancel on day 3 and have not had one response from them. I have sent 6 requests, and two twitter messages. Reporting them as this company is misleading with marketing messages. You can’t even remove your account details as they block you. I’ll be calling my bank today to block them.

GBLike so many others Like so many others, I keep getting charged for a service I have repeatedly asked to cancel. I get autoresponder messages from zendesk regarding the unanswered request to cancel service. According to the linkedin profile for commun.it, it is "Managed with love by co-founder @SharelOmer." I looked him up on twitter and he was busy with a launch of some other service (affogata). I checked both Sharel and affogata social channels and they have been silent since early 2020. Is anyone even manning this communit ship?
