Commun.it is probably one of the best… Commun.it is probably one of the best tools I've found to manage a Twitter account. The dashboard is data-packed and all-inclusive, giving you a nice "single pane of glass" for managing your social presence. In an age of flat, sparse UIs optimized for the lowest common denominator user, having something awesome for power users is a rare fit. I'm hardly a large enterprise, barely a small business (really just a casual streamer with a social presence), and I'd recommend it to everyone.

Something happened in 2020 and it's no longer a good service. They even stopped monitoring their own TWITTER account for complaints. Sad day. I'd love to know how to report them for fraud.

Terrible Terrible. Tried the 14 day free trial, tried to cancel on day 3 and have not had one response from them. I have sent 6 requests, and two twitter messages. Reporting them as this company is misleading with marketing messages. You can’t even remove your account details as they block you. I’ll be calling my bank today to block them.

This business is deceitful and their business practices are aligned with theft. I signed up for their FREE 14-day service to try Commun.it for $120. They required my credit card in case I went beyond the 14 days saying they would not charge my credit card. Lies. They immediately charged my credit card. I tried to cancel and get my money back. They lied back and forth in written emails claiming they had refunded me but they were having problems with a third party accountant. Multiple times they claimed I was refunded. They never refunded me. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Commun.it responded with more lies to my credit card company. I am three months into attempting to get my money back. If you use this company, be prepared to lose money.

These asshats collect answers from… These asshats collect answers from responders all the way to the end of the survey, then claim they have too many responses and deny payment. If they had too many responses, they should shut it off before, not after collecting answers. Complete fraud. Dont ever answer their surveys.
