Trap FactoryOutletStore.com, Scammers, products are outdated items, returns are charged and there's a language barrier for English speaking customers. Highly recommend and suggest that you avoid purchasing anything from them but if you feel that you really want to PLEASE read some reviews before making a purchase. This is where I messed up. Learn from my mistake and save your money and the frustration. A thrift store is better than this.

Never use Reseller Ratings! Don't use reseller ratings unless you plan on being with them for ever. I used to them for a number of years and gained around 3500 reviews with a 4.7-4-9 aggregate rating. I stopped using them and one person created a single review more than a year ago and the aggfregate rating that shows in the search result is 2 stars out of 5. This goes beyond bad practice and is just plain fraudulent. There is no way the aggregate is a reflection of the 3500+ reviews obtained when I was with them.

Resellerratings is a sham Resellerratings is a sham. Shame on Google for even allowing this site to be featured in search results. They use a proprietary algorithm that weights current reviews so much that even if you have hundreds of 5 star reviews, but they all occurred last year, a single one star review will render your store 1/10. I live for the day when someone creates a class-action lawsuit and sinks the company!
