No way to cancel subscription I signed up for the trial and afterwards found there was no way to cancel my subscription. The help article directs you to a cancel button that is not on the site. I did not hear anything back from them when I contacted them directly. I have had to place a dispute through my bank for a refund and block further payments that way. a lengthy process. Avoid.

Terrible Terrible. I've been trying to set up the Auto Like function but no luck. Their documentation is out of date, including written instructions as well as screenshots, so it doesn't help. They recommend using a private proxy if I reside outside of the location where their servers are, but no documentation as to where their servers are. There's misspellings ("recieve" and your vs. you're) everywhere. Totally agree with other reviews here that this a scam not run by actual people who care about their product.

Don't waste your money Repeatedly logged us out when we'd set up Auto DMs so they wouldn't send. Had to check manually every day they were still switched on. New update Auto DMs weren't working. No help & limited support from the staff. When we did get support, incredibly blunt and slow to come back. Lost multiple potential conversions. Cancelled our subscription this morning.

SCAMMY! NEVER USE IT! I really wish I had seen all these reviews before registering on that SCAMMY platform. NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES! 1. No customer service. 2. Automation absolutely DOES NOT WORK! 3. You can be charged more money so make sure to contact your bank to block that FAKERS.

BIG problems with the new version 7 Before the new version 7, I was really happy with Gramto. But with the new version I have experienced A LOT of problems. I have tried troubleshooting with their team during a month, and no result. Abdullah y Salih seems to be bots that put you into an infinite loop of frustration. The customer service is really bad nowdays. So unfortunately I can't recommend this tool anymore.
