AUtardiness and lack of communication Ordered a present for my grandson for Christmas in November. I had an email to say it had shipped on 7th December (not exactly speedy) but when I clicked on the tracking number it said ‘invalid’. After reading other reviews, presumed I had been scammed, and eventually purchased another present. Early New Year I did send email asking what had happened, but got no reply. However, today, 18th January, I went to collect another parcel from the Post Office, and they also handed over the one from Attiudetoday, which they said had been there since early New Year. I am glad to get the present, if belated, but still will never use them again due to the stress caused by their tardiness and lack of communication.

GBUpdate. They have now provided proof of delivery so I have to take it up with the post office.. But I didn't get any response until I messaged through another parent group I guess whats mode ltd. Charged in November and not even a confirmation of my order to be found. Messenger bot is no help because of course I have no shipping info. Not one response to emails either other than bot generated form letter explaining how busy they are getting orders out.

GBAppears to be fraudulent by lack of response Exciting product ordered. Confirmations of order received and advised 'getting a order ready to be shipped' then nothing. No responses to emails, messages or Facebook posts. If this isn't a scam then it's the worst customer service I can ever remember for online purchasing. I definitely won't be using them again even if the goods I have paid for do turn up. Next step will be to follow this up as fraud.
