GBLost all my funds when purchasing & as a seller Lost all my funds when purchasing from a seller when I accidentally underpaid using hoodpay, and then lost all my funds as a seller as well when someone purchased from my site. No reply from support, its been close to a week & NO FUNDS. Exercise extreme caution using this site. Their support is non existant.

I currently use Hoodpay to process thousands of payments and it was truly a plug-and-play operation for my online store (I made the move a few weeks ago from Coinbase Commerce). Their developer docs is an integral part of why I chose Hoodpay and why I don't see myself switching to any other platform in the future. My business saved around $1,000 in fees which was used to reinvest into our marketing and allowed us to grow even more. We're among the first so the entire experience has been nothing but memorable and joyful. Thanks!

GBScam company stay away!! I have been waiting 1 week for support now, Have not received any payments at all their xPub system does not work at all I have not received any payouts to my wallet at all and now they have taken my payments because I had "existing fees" scam company stay away

PEMy experience with the xPub payment… My experience with the xPub payment method on HoodPay has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my discontent. After receiving a payment via xPub, I noticed that the money did not reach my wallet as it should have. Faced with this situation, I decided to contact customer support via email, as indicated on their platform. Despite their claim to respond within one day, unfortunately, I never received a response. To me, this situation goes beyond a mere technical glitch; it seems to indicate a lack of transparency and commitment on the part of HoodPay. My frustration grows when I attempt to link my wallet and am informed that there are no available slots, casting doubt on the integrity of their practices. It appears that they prefer channeling all funds towards xPub, disregarding the importance of meeting the needs of their users. In summary, my experience with HoodPay has been negative, and based on these issues, I cannot recommend its use. There seems to be a considerable risk of encountering obstacles and possibly unethical practices. I advise other users to explore more reliable and transparent alternatives for their transactions.

CASupport doesn’t reply or read Accidentally underpaid by a little so they locked the payment. The support team is a bunch of vegetables. No reply back, no refund.
