Worst hosting experience in my life as a developer. I have hosted with them for 8 months. Started with a cheap hosting plan with FREE SSL. They pushed me to upgrade to next expensive plan in less than one month. This is while I am using only less the 10% of storage and less than 15% of traffic. Then they removed FREE letsEncript while it is listed as part of plan in advertisement. That cost me to pay for Fixed IP and extra for SSL certificate. Last month they started shutting down the site, saying I am using too much resources. But still I am using only less the 5% of storage and less than 5% of traffic allowed on the upgraded plan. My advice never go there.

really bad really bad. signed up, email service is junk and needed private external email, servers are so slow its not funny, support barely answers or takes forever to answer and clearly cannot be bothered to do anything. they read support tickets and just leave them on read, unreal. considering just charging back. i joined through hostforlife.eu they seem to have several domains for the same company. edit see reply below this company just lie about everything, i have all of the proof. and everyone should read these reviews before wasting away money on this "company"

You will be all alone! In the previous review, I wrote that they would never return the money, therefore, I was forced to use their service. I started uploading some of my web services and along the way, I created several technical tickets to gain some information. Without any exception, they replied with links to very old blog posts that were unrelated or their answer was irrelevant. Finally, I just asked them to give me the logs of my services to diagnose the problems myself (The most primitive feature of each hosting provider). What was the answer!? "Since you are on a shared host we can not share logs!". I tried to understand which version and configuration of IIS and MSSQL they were using and enabled the logged on my own. With the logs I enabled, I also fixed all the problems! I finally sent the message and taught them how logs can be enabled for each user within files on their host! However, it is insane that they do not understand anything technical. Even how to use the features of their host! You will be all alone with very limited features there. I strongly recommend not paying any penny since they will lock it and give something beyond bad service (almost no service).

No refunds + cheap - rigged ToS - couldn't get a refund 1 day after getting billed in year 2022 (forgot to cancel the subscription before, btw u could only do that through the support, not through the dashboard) Important note: I've made two mistakes (not knowing my subscription was still active; not knowing about the refund policy of this service), yet, I genuinely do not think their no-refund policy is forced upon them by external factors, just seems like a nice way to make some extra money on ppl like me.
