Terrible Supports It has been a month, they didn't reply my support tickets. As i check ed on siteuptime.com: All of their servers are being failed . I am not sure what is going on with them. All of my sites are broken down at the moment and i have no point of contact.

My site is down and unable to access my cpanel My site is down from last week and also not able to access my cpanel, i am trying to contact them through ticket but their ticket is not working showing a lot errors when trying to submit ticket.

Same here Same here. All servers look down. No ticket response in 10 days. I think they are gone for good.
