GBI would give a five star except we do… I would give a five star except we do have a couple of issues like when we're trying to get things changed it seems like we have to call two or three times sometimes or email two or three times before it actually gets taken care of for the most part we have a great experience with you guys and we're really pleased

GBThe team is always very calm The team is always very calm, cool, and collected, as well as friendly. The negative feedback is that I often have to call 2-3 times to fix one mistake, as it is rarely fixed to completion on the first try.
