My experience with PacificHost After suffering through the disintegration of my web and mail hosting provider, I limped to PacificHost. I've been incredibly pleased with the speed of their tech support and except for one billing problem, they've been an absolute dream to deal with. The servers are smooth, and they're always on top of things, constantly updating the forums, answering any questions and making sure I'm happy. The support people are friendly, knowledgeble, respectful and eager to solve any problems I run into. Would recommend this host for anyone. I think in this day and age, everybody can provide pretty much the same equipments, technology and prices.

Keep up the good work Pacifichost! I have been with Pacifichost for a couple months now and I only have positive things to say about their hosting services. Live chat is a great way to get help, friendly and very helpful, directing you in the right place if they cannot give you help on the spot. The ticket system works great and everytime I used it when I needed it I got clear, concise and helpful replies to what I needed to do or what they were doing to resolve my problems. For all that, though, the support has still been far faster and friendlier than what I had to put up with before! The speed of my websites has been amazing since I switched from my old host and that was the main factor that made me want to switch in the first place. I haven't experienced any downtime at all so far. Keep up the good work Pacifichost!

This is the WORST hosting company ever This is the WORST hosting company ever. DO NOT USE!!! They will scam you and take your money while not providing ANY services. I tried using them for my business websites and personal and I've lost thousands of dollars from outages and horrible services....they continually allow hackers and spammers on their servers so your e-mails using their service is ALWAYS blocked by the mail server. Their customer service is incredibly bad, they just send you generic auto-responses. Unless you want to waste hours of time, headaches and them stealing your money...DO NOT USE EVER, Use another service. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Beyond amazing I was a customer for about 4 months last year, their services are amazing and super fast, the funny thing is I live in England and the website was hosted in America yet it loads faster than any UK based website I've ever gone on! freaky but amazing. If you're looking for video hosting, this is certainly for you. 5/5

Good work! I have experience as a web designer but my sites had been hosted at academic institutions, this was my first experience with a comercial host. I know just enough to be dangerous, and PacificHost web has been great in both helping me do more and be safe at the same time. The add-on scripts have worked almost flawlessly, and I have been able to fix minor glitches with no problems. One thing that attracts me is also their pricing. Its very cheap compare to other host and they also give some interesting discount rates.
