Please Look somewhere else, Don't make agreement with Them! Beside poor management and high turn-over of employee who stands at the reception. There are hidden costs everywhere even you manage operation by yourself. Please ensure that you read all 1 star comments before mine. You will meet them all if you made the agreement and I strongly agreed with them as same experiences. "hidden costs are endless" In addition, they are truly dishonest and unreliable. Extremely Disappointed. Please stay away this unprofessional like this.

I have officed with Sercorp over two … I have officed with Sercorp over two years. This is a great location at the foot of California Street, 200 feet from BART. What is also important for an advisory firm, such as mine, is having a professional staff and office environment. I particular, the admin/support staff are excellent with the phones and generally try to be helpful. They also dress and act in a manner consistent with an office setting.

I thought they would be a great long-term business partner. I was wrong. I did not have the same hidden charge experience that others reported and I do think the value of the services I received was on-par with what I paid. However, they decided to close our office on 26 June and only gave notice on 5 June at 6pm. (If I would have cancelled, they would have required notice of at least 30 days.) Plus, I was informed from multiple sources they kept the building management in the dark about their intentions. If true, this is not an ethical way to do business which is why I am only giving them a one-star rating. Looking at their website, it looks like they actually may have closed a total of 12 locations in the U.S. Frankly, I personally wouldn't trust them enough to engage in an agreement with them again.

Stay away from Servcorp. Servcorp should be re-branded at ScamCorp! You will be scammed!! This business is an absolute scam. Please read all the reviews here. You will see two common deceptive practices by Servcorp all with an INTENT to cheat: 1. You will not get your deposit back. Every business which gives them 60-day notice will still not receive it's deposit back because of Clause 13F. This basically gives them the rights to charge whatever fee for "office refurbishment" which is usually the security deposit you paid. 2. They will automatically renew for 6 months even if you only signed up for a specific number of months. I have used many co-working spaces in New York but have never experienced anything like this. They use sophisticated fraudulent practices with the INTENT to cheat. Besides these practices, there will also be over-charging for everything from using printers or any other service. Stay away from this business. Go to WeWork or any other co-working space. There was also the constant turnover of staff. I am not sure how their employees are able to conduct fraud with a straight face.
