I've had nothing but issues with the… I've had nothing but issues with the new terminal that I was basically forced to upgrade to. Spent hours a day on the phone with customer service that seem to have no idea what a Multi-Mid terminal is suppose to do. I've been "accidentally" hung up on multiple times by customer service who I believe just didn't want to deal with the issue.

Thank you Andrene! I could not figure out how to connect my Poynt terminal. It was giving me error codes and I would not have figured out how to get everything connected without the help of Andrene B. She even called me back to ensure that I had everything up and running. I couldn't be happier!

I am super happy. Thank you So far, Fantastic customer service, and I love the features. Jack was my go to on the pitch and he was more than amazing. I really felt I was being heard as a client.
