Collapsible backdrop does not hang straight I recently purchased the blue cream collapsible backdrop and used it on a shoot. I was extremely disappointed because the backdrop does not hang straight whatsoever -- the frame used on it was warped/unbalanced forcing it to hang crooked. This resulted in images that I am now forced to retouch/extend the backdrop. I have other collapsible backdrops from other companies that are a joy to use. Not so with this one.

Normally I have to jump over hoops to get replacements for damaged products but Kate made is SO easy. I will be a devoted customer for sure!
