I’m addition the virtual staging is still not delivered a week later, it’s promised (again) for later Today. I had to order a new virtual tour package today because it was omitted in the confusing online order form. Other than the 4.5 star photographer, I rate the company 2 stars

Photos were delivered as promised with… Photos were delivered as promised with no issues. Customer Service was awesome as well. I just wish the watermarks were not across the entire picture but rather in the bottom corner as to not give the appearance that I haven't paid for them.

I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice… I’ve hired Urban Capitol twice - both times for rental listings. The first time the photographer showed up 45 minutes early and the second time the photographer showed up 30 minutes late. The photos are OK. Maybe a little better than I can do with my phone camera. The photographers need better training on attractive angles and the editors could work on getting the lighting adjusted properly. Over all, the people that I dealt with were polite.

I have used this company several times… I have used this company several times in the past couple of years - they keep getting better and better with each photo session. They have added on their services and the owner, Kevin, is very involved and cares about his customers. Their prices are competitive - they have gone up, but so has their quality of service.
