I'm happy to update my review to reflect the excellent customer service we've been given here. Thank you for finding and addressing the file problem (file was not named .jpg), for us and future users, and for acknowledging the impact it had on us. We appreciate you greatly and are happy we chose to use use for this service. I'll be very happy to use your service again!" Original Review: Your company does not share the photo file in a format that is commonly used (like jpg) and so it cannot be uploaded to the Vietnamese e-visa application page because that page does not accept the file format you use. And, it's not clear from your website that this is the case and you don't give any instructions on how to convert the file to the right format (like simply naming the file with a .jpg at the end).
