I felt misled as to what I was buying. I thought I was buying both parts of the magnetic pads. I now have 4 boxes of the one side of the magnetic pad that won't hang up a regular picture. I feel misled.

I absolutely love TilePix I absolutely love TilePix! The ease of hanging photos is amazing. Plus, you don’t have to put the magnets perfectly lined up, there is so much wiggle room when you go to hang the actual frames! You can move them around to get that perfect spacing.

Not a wall hanging 'kit' I ordered the wall pad kit for hanging photo frames. Unfortunately, I assumed a "kit" would include both the wall pad and the magnet for the frame. Unfortunately this was not the case.

Overpriced shipping is a profit center here $9.43 to ship basically a letter (not a box) that could've easily shipped for under $2 USPS and there was no choice of any other shipping.

Don't Pay Their Workers Worst company I've ever worked for. They don't pay their ambassadors and expect them to meet their unrealistic standards. They should literally be shut down!!
