It has been a two weeks we order a… It has been a two weeks we order a harness for our dog paid for it, now they are saying tracking has expired and cannot find our order. Now I am asking for a refund back if they can’t give me a refund then it shows they are scamming me.

Do not buy anything from this company… Do not buy anything from this company they initially told me they would credit my form of payment then turned around and said they would not. Then they offered me 30 percent of my money returned then offered me 50 percent. Now they are telling me since the product was on sale there will be no credit. DO NOT buy anything from this company. I belong to a rescue organization and this is the way they treat their customers. I will advise everyone in my other organizations BUYER BEWARE

TRUST !!! Before I became a Customer today, had some questions before I purchased. I was very fortunate to Chat with Stacy and She checked into everything for me. Resolved all my questions and sent me verifcation that All was completed as requested. Companies need more people like Stacy !!

Sadly I loved this harness however as… Sadly I loved this harness however as the front is only held on by Velcro it’s suitable for smaller dogs and probably not so much for staffys as the Velcro came undone more than once and eventually didn’t hold Other than that it was a good harness But not for string dogs only clips work around the chest as they pull and are strong But I do highly recommend the business as it would be highly suitable for a lot of dogs

Absolute rubbish Absolute rubbish. Poor quality materials used. Had to wait a month for my first delivery and then after a week the main clip broke. Contacted company and they sent a replacement. This broke after three months. Same problem, clip broke. I do not have a large or strong dog so this wasn't the issue. Have tried contacting the company but I'm being ignored. I am now going through PayPal to try and get a refund. Very disappointed and cannot recommend using this company at all.
