Big mistake using Evo It was a big mistake going with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. A one-month notice of cancellation isn't enough for them. They want 3 months or they renew your account. If they renew your account and you still wish to cancel they will charge you an early termination fee.

They are very unethical and unprofessional. They always have an answer for screwing you. Went to cancel our services after 3yrs and found out that we needed to cancel by first if January so now we were in another 3yr contract. Going to cost us $495 to cancel it. Plus they ripped us with a supposedly free wireless reader to use at farmers market. Went to return that and cancel that account. Ended up since we returned the reader late, they charged up with $695 event hough they did receive equipment, plus a;$495 fee for canceling that account. I have a lot of notes, so I'm looking into further action against them. Oh, found out they have been taken over by another company recently. Don't ever do buisness with them

Excellent Service including after care! Hi we changed our pdq machine provider to Evo Payments - Darren Lewis called into the office to enquire on whether he could save us on our previous provider. Darren was very helpful not just by saving us on our monthly charges, also on his dedication and support throughout the change. The after care provided is also second to none. I would certainly recommend any company to get in touch for a no obligation quotation.

EVO Payments is Bad News. Stay far away. I had been a customer since 2015, and now I have a debt collector fee running AGGRESSIVELY behind me for a $495 cancellation fee + another $600 for whatever they're claiming. I must have forgotten I signed a lifetime agreement with them. EVO Payments is Bad News. Stay away from them.

This company is a joke This company is a joke, out sources sales once signed customer service is a -5. Took over three weeks to get my machine, lies not returning emails or phone calls when they finally got to shipping me my machine told me would senD it express and five days later finally showed up.
