Finally! An affordable option. Until YAY Images, I was limited to overpriced options for my stock still images and videos. I love their wide selection and more reasonable pricing options. If you need stock images and videos that won’t require you to break open that last resort piggy bank, Yay Images is a great option!

Terrible Customer Service I purchased this as a year membership in August 2021 as part of the PiktoChart and Yayimages partnership. Since the membership was renewed, I haven't been able to access the account at all. I've attempted to contact customer support through both PiktoChart and Yayimages for three months now, and PiktoChart says I need to contact Yayimages, and Yayimages hasn't gotten back to me at all. Update to my review from two days ago. I sent in multiple requests (in which the email was correctly spelled) since the renewal date that asked to be contacted, and the request also included a callback number. I am now being contacted only after leaving a review and submitting a claim with my bank.

UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS Today I noticed a bank deduction of US$29 on my bank account. Checking back, I noticed that the amounts had been deducted since November 2019. I was appalled! I checked through my emails and saw that I had received an email i November stating that charges would be applied henceforth unless I opted out - and the billing began automatically. I never ever authorized this and as far as I am concerned, it's illegal. I have never ever downloaded anything from this service. I have requested cancellation and a refund - let's see what they say.

I purchased premium membership for 1… I purchased premium membership for 1 years , first day i can download images and after that i can't download any image it show me 500 server error and email them 5 times and contacted him on facebook , twitter and instagram for 4 days and no one reposne i cancel my account then no refund return i lost my money without any benefits it review them as scam
