They will cheat you They don't send what they sell but have to to pay both selling and return shipping

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I made an order from Canada and I wanted the products to be shipped in USA. I know i was charge because i paid with my credit card but the products was not delivered because i paid with the card from Canada and they think was a scam. I made a lot of orders at other companies from USA exactly the same and i never had this problem. ALZO should give an email with this problem and i would reply to this. I wanted to track my package but there is no option like that on the website. IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY THAN THE PACKAGE HAS TO BE DELIVERED. YOU NEVER HEARD ABOUT GIFTS? YOU TOLD ME SOMEONE CALLED ME FROM YOUR COMPANY BUT I NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM YOU. IF YOU DIDN'T REACH ME THAN YOU SHOULD SENT TO ME ONE EMAIL. OR YOU GUYS DON"T HAVE INTERNET?

Excellent source for specialty lighting! I'm just a homeowner who was looking for bright, daylight CFLs for my exterior fixtures.
