GBShould be a zero star rating Should be a zero star rating. This company took $500 from me for concert tickets, I got to the concert and my tickets were “not found” this company is a fraud and scam. Do mot buy tickets here.

DEOrganizers: They will steal your money TL;DR: Organizers, stay away if you're looking for a fair ticket sales service. Eventbrite recently introduced a new "Organizer fee", since the crapload of money they are making from their ticket sale fees wasn't enough. But as it turns out, they will also overcharge you on these organizer fees and will refuse to refund the difference, no matter how much you prove to them they charged too much. A customer service representative will kindly tell you they are working on a refund, only to receive an email two days later with some false or irrelevant reason why they won't. I have screenshots to prove everything. Bottom line, they will steal your money. Honestly, if someone files a class action against them for these overcharges I will be happy to join.

GBEventbrite stole money from us Eventbrite stole money from us! They took over 5k in ticket sales then refused to release the funds to us. A few days before the event they suspended our account and froze all our money because we “violated community standards” Eventbrite said they would refund money to all the guests but never did. This place is criminal !! It needs to be shut down!

GBRubbish - don’t bother with it What a waste of time. Can’t see my tickets and when I click the links, Eventbright disappears and I’m back on my Home Screen. I’ve had the link sent 4 times, logged out and back in again to no avail. Just a very poor site.

GBNot 'Smart' in any way Can't seem to realise that if I am invited to a work event (Webinar) I might want the tickets sent to my work email. Keeps directing me back to my personal email and then doesn't send tickets to either. Missing out on vital training right now.
