Growth is organic, realistic and most importantly gives your algorithms that little wiggle that indie artists need with a tiny budget. Wait For Me by Karamelien deserved a boost because it’s a good song. If you promote something that’s under par, you won’t get results. Got a decent amount of listeners and streams, not as many as they claim in their ads, but acceptable, and then placed in different playlist. Now I've got a strike from Spotify for paying third party websites for promoting my songs telling me that all those streams were bots.
