Absolute disaster. Should not be in business Can’t give less then one star or I would.I called to make sure you had my item in stock and was guarenteed you did and told it was sealed and never opened So I canceled my order and lost weeks on a wait list and ordered from you Then you decide you don’t really have this I am fuming You have done nothing to compensate me and I am honestly furious Bad appropriate on line reviews will follow if someone does not take the time to properly address this all with me HM MD

I reached out to sales by email about a particular product up front, said I was ready to buy and they made me a good offer. And if you're on the east coast, you might still get your order in the same time as amassive online retailer~~ Will shop again~

Didn't Get What I Bought I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.
