Don’t purchase from this company. I placed my order on October 2nd with the understanding that my order would be dispatched mid October. I have emailed and contacted this company via Facebook on numerous occasions with no reply. I then threatened to contact my credit card company to start the refund process and to publicly let other dachshund owners on Facebook know of their poor customer service, it was only then that I had a response and was told that someone will be in contact which yet again I have been let down and heard nothing. I have now passed on my situation to my credit card company who is now getting me my refund. I will never order from Sausage Dog Central ever again and advise others to shop elsewhere. What a poor customer service they offer!

I've never had such fast service before, and especially not during these times. Well done! My doggies are getting used to their new ramp. It's really good quality and sturdy, I'm so satisfied.

The ramp was delivered on time and it arrived all assembled and ready to be used. A wonderful quality product. I also have purchased a pooch booster car seat - the best!!
