GBConfusing and Double Charges I just signed up for the free trial and I am still trying to learn the process but the platform is very confusing so far. It also does not make sense that Droptrack double charges for services. You have a membership fee but also seem to charge for individual song submissions to playlists, etc. It also does not show the cost of submissions up front so that came as a surprise. Most apps that charge for submissions tell you up front how much money/how many credits each playlist submission will cost and do not also charge you to join.

GBCould be better Unable to upload the wavs from my dashboard. Unable to generate AI press Release from mp3. Lack of clarity on campaign reports

GBRadio Stations at your Fingertips! Discovering Drop Track was a real blessing. As an independent music artist, you want your music to be heard far and wide. D T makes it easy to do that by presenting all these stations at your Fingertips and makes submissions easy along with instructions, pricing, and easy uploads. Will definitely use them again.

GBGreat interface Great interface. Nav good. Intuitive-B. NOT liking Image activities...not positive at all. Selecting my file images forces a download window (on Mac) to popup. Then, actually selecting an image is dubious. Also, no place for lyrics. Songwriter might display as "Songwriter(s) - separate by commas). Finally, ai metadata??? My 1st experience is pleasing. Thanks!

GBDon’t bother As per my previous review, there was a glitch that stopped you from uploading wavs or mp3s. This has been fixed . However, I'm still not so impressed with the service. I ordered their premium list, and when I sent my track to those on that list, over 40 came back immediately as unsubscribed from the service and 8 were old emails, one had a message saying the mailbox was closed in August ( it is Feb as I type !!) If you are paying for a premium list, almost none should be bouncing back. I sent a list of the faulty emails to the company saying they should be on top of this kind of thing and received no acknowledgment. Out of 584 email addresses, I only had a grand total of 7 people listen to my track, with just 1 download. The only feedback I received, except for one, was people offering me promo services. Not sure if it is because my genre is dance music and the service is geared towards pop or other genres but whatever, it wasn't very successful - and I don't normally take the time to complain about things like this. I have around 10,000 Spotify streams a month so I know ( hope) its not because my music is garbage. 72% ( or 420 of the 584) of the promo emails remain unopened almost a week after the campaign started which makes me think that some of these recipients are the wrong people I have been in communication with them but all they said is thanks for your patience. I sent them this review before I posted it on here to give them chance to comment but received nothing from them.
