Pictory team keep adding new features… Pictory team keep adding new features you can't do without and that's because they ask customers of the product for feedbacks and they go ahead and improve on what is working and what will make it better. I have being using Pictory.ai for 2+ years now and I can tell you there's an update for a better service every months which if put into numbers 24+ new features or updates. Great tool for videos and yes, they now have GPT 4 access to create videos with prompts. Sweet!

so bad.....wasted the whole day on one video Today is the first day I joined Pictory.AI. Uploaded a script of about 5000 words. The video generated with horrible visuals. When I tried to change, every page would freeze and went unresponsive taking more than a minute to resume. I wasted the whole day trying different things like restarting the laptop, clearing cash and pop up etc. Reducted the script to 3000. Same story. I have sent an email to the support. I was so looking forward to finding a good tool for all my YouTube videos. so disappointed....

A recent update removed the ability to autoplay previews when you press 'scene'. A recent update removed the automatic playback of previews when you press 'scene'. Honestly, this update is very frustrating as a customer. It seems like this update was made for users who say that Pictory is slow. If that's the case, it would have been nice to have the ability to toggle autoplay previews on and off in the settings for users like me who want them to play automatically when we press 'scene'. Please either allow previews to play automatically as they did before the update, or add the ability to turn preview autoplay off or on in the settings. We strongly request that this feature be added.
