Beware! Ordered a tshirt, it took 20 days to arrive as it came from Portugal warehouse, then to Netherlands and then to UK!! (as per the tracker) I then tried to return this as too small, but their refund policy is 20 days!! They eventually agreed to a return and even though clearly being sent back to a UK postal address they mentioned that there is a 600 Czech krona custom charge!! equivalent of £21, more than the items value. Comical, feeling like i have been totally ripped off on this!!

I have purchased my 3rd pair of boots… I have purchased my 3rd pair of boots from metal shop and I’m very happy with them.delivery can be a bit slow as the tracking no. they give isn’t always recognised but this is probably the couriers fault rather than metal shops.I am due a £7 refund for a promotion they advertised but no sign of it.All in all if rock n roll is your thing then this company has almost everything you hopped for.

Lovely tshirt and 1 week delivery Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of these reviews but decided to risk it for the tshirt I wanted. Ordered on the 30th May and didn't receive a order confirmation which was worrying, however I received an email the next day from Royal Mail to say they had received an item for me and it was in transit, including tracking info. It arrived today just over a week later. Tshirt is lovely material and fits well.
