GBNope l- don’t do it Nope l- don’t do it! Promises delivery in 5-8 days. Words website like goods are in U.K. Tracking number not recognised by any of the supposed logistics companies. Ordered in plenty of time for a trip away but didn’t not arrive in time. Now waiting for the customs charge to come through. Appreciate that’s due to Brexit but needs to be made clear on the website along with realistic delivery times.

GBI have purchased my 3rd pair of boots… I have purchased my 3rd pair of boots from metal shop and I’m very happy with them.delivery can be a bit slow as the tracking no. they give isn’t always recognised but this is probably the couriers fault rather than metal shops.I am due a £7 refund for a promotion they advertised but no sign of it.All in all if rock n roll is your thing then this company has almost everything you hopped for.

GBLovely tshirt and 1 week delivery Was a bit apprehensive after reading some of these reviews but decided to risk it for the tshirt I wanted. Ordered on the 30th May and didn't receive a order confirmation which was worrying, however I received an email the next day from Royal Mail to say they had received an item for me and it was in transit, including tracking info. It arrived today just over a week later. Tshirt is lovely material and fits well.

GBGreat seller, but yeah... Easy buying process, great seller communication on the delivery process. No issues at all. Just, yeah, be aware - these guys operate in Czechia, serving UK customers via a UK website domain name (.uk), therefore (thanks to moronic Brexit voters) a heavy customs charge will be imposed in some situations (for me, it was an extra £50 on-top of the £230 product) to see the package to its final destination. Not the seller's problem whatsoever - they're not going to cover UK customs charges, nor should they, so ignore stupid reviewers blaming Metalshop for what is Brexit's fault.
