Excellent Experience & Videographer When starting to plan our wedding, never did we think a global pandemic would throw us for a loop! John stayed committed to us throughout all the replanning. He took the time to talk us through his process over the phone and what to expect, not leaving any details out. John also gave us the option of doing a voice over on our video which added the perfect touch, as well as drone footage! On our wedding day, he made sure to capture all the big and little moments and it was amazing to look back on once we watched our video! He went above and beyond to make sure we had something great to remember for years. We would 100% recommend Happy Tears for anyone looking for a videographer!

Amazing! John and his team were absolutely amazing! They were punctual and were sure to make sure that everything was okay before they left. John was very easy to communicate with and was extremely reliable. He always made sure that he informed me of any changes that needed to take place. We used Happy Tears for our wedding… We used Happy Tears for our wedding 7-14-18 and we're truly amazed with the communication with John from the start! He reached out and made sure we knew exactly what to expect, also was willing to work with us on anything we wanted. We had Jackie for getting ready and Tyler during the ceremony/reception. They both did an amazing job getting every moment without us even noticing they were there!

Best Videographer Happy Tears was so fun to work with. The owner John was so wonderful and he also offered a generous discount since my husband is a first responder. Jim was our videographer and my guests are still talking about how fun he was. I felt like I was the main character in a romcom. His energy was contagious and he was dancing with us and directing us during songs to be the center of attention. Happy Tears exceeded my expectations more than I can believe.
