I asked for a 3D V-tuber model I asked for a 3D V-tuber model, to which I sent a reference image. the whole thing should cost a total of 700$, what I got was a V-roid studio model with baked on texture from the reference image I sent with it. (I could have done the whole thing myself in like 10 minutes) after I brought this up, I was promised a second model to be made "COMPLETELY" by them self. after a few weeks of nothing I ask for an update. then I was told that everything is ready and that I will receive an email. Turns out that it was exactly the same model as before, which only made me even more disappointed... to be honest, I'm also mad at myself for being so naive in trusting them. It's a pity about the money I could have used for something more useful, and it's even more unpleasant that I was scammed like this. not to be recommended... after all that, they were also cheeky enough to ask for a tip...

Really Good at Getting What You Want Right They were really well established & were very heavy on the fact of trying to get what I wanted the first time by checking with me constantly & talking about what I wanted my overlays & logo to look like.

Scam website Some person contacted me via discord randomly asking how long i'm streaming (i'm not) and if i'd like to commision something. Very unprofessional way to contact new customers, but then again I get such requests like 2-3 times a month all being scammers, often with stolen content. Be careful about that

Good People, Nice Product, Ok Communication A proper service delivery, with good will interactions.They were mostly patient with me alongside my personal situation, though their manner of speaking don't always feel very welcoming. Also the pricing is really reasonable, I was able to more or less comfortably pay in 2 installments, upfront and on completed.
