The support team (namely David) are always there to help and support promptly. I have been on the platform for 10 years and worked with hundreds of artists, bands and producers and I can honestly say it's been wonderful!

LEGAL ACTION!!!! In your terms and conditions it states: " If you purchase services marked with the 100% Guarantee label, you are entitled to a full refund if you are not satisfied with the service providers work." This guy GASTON LOI has the 100% Guarantee label so I'm entitled to a full refund. ---------- Also in your terms and conditions it states: "Our team reviews every cancellation to ensure that the 100% guarantee is not being abused. It should not be used as a way to try-out / audition musicians. Repeated cancellations that are not mutually agreed upon, can result in suspension or account limitations." ---------- This is my FIRST TIME cancelling a service so IT'S NOT REPEATED CANCELLATIONS and I did that because this guy delivered me a song THAT'S NOT PROFESSIONAL!! IT WILL MAKE ME LOOK BAD IF I USE IT AND I DON'T WANT IT!! ---------- Also, he claims that I’ve taken advantage of his 100% Guarantee feature in order to get a free production, which is a lie and a false accusation and I can take legal action because of that. I have no right and I'M NOT ENTITLED to use his work and I DON'T WANT TO, IT'S NOT GOOD!! His behavior and accusation towards me are UNACCEPTABLE!! I only want what you state in your terms and conditions: My full refund, otherwise I'm taking legal action immediately!! Let me know ASAP!!

I have used the platform as a “buyer”… I have used the platform as a “buyer” for a year and has purchased over 50 gigs - yes almost one a week! Has enjoyed everyone I have worked with. Their customer support has been excellent. I never had a dispute I needed resolved so I don’t know about that part. But the vibe I get from everyone has been good. Everyone needs to make a living. If you treat people with respect, and be fair with people, I think it’s an excellent platform. I am so grateful for platforms and communities such as airgig which allows me to engage in musical collaborations I never thought possible.
