I would not recommend this business to… I would not recommend this business to anyone. Zani is the first person I talked to which gave me some comfort to give it a try. They quickly put together something but the quality is terrible and they don't make changes even told them many times and kept gave me the next version and not good at all. I was asked to provide the design, the picture, the layout, the color, so who is the designer I paid for? They charged the design fee and platform fee. They changed 3 people to work on the project but then just simply disappeared. I was told they have spent all the budget on my project although I did not get anything, I was told they will not refund or continue working with them which continue to pay low quality job. They also not show up on the meetings at all. They called me 10 times before I paid the fee. I had to apart with them and they even refuse to pay the one year platform fee which I never used because the website is even not built.

Age discrimination from prolific Have been using this site for a number of years, lately many issues with surveys not functioning on a tablet so surveys were returned. Strange that on my 65th birthday my account was put on hold and after contacting CS I received no credible evidence for the account to be put on hold. Guess they don't want 65 year old participants. Very disappointing, have asked for my account to be re instated and like others you receive no response
